We’re nearly two weeks into Movember and the volunteers have finally got something to show for their hard efforts, if not something to be proud of.
So in order for you to see what your generous sponsorship is doing to some of the faces in the office, we’re posting some pics. Because sometimes, just walking around […]

Say hello to Matt Jones (a.k.a. MJ), our new business development manager. Matt’s incredibly proactive in all areas (except it seems, at making the tea) and since getting here last week has barely been off the phone.
Matt’s main focus is on bringing a personal touch to client development (so you may do better than us at getting him to make a cuppa) and his background is in B2B and internet services, so we’re sure he’ll fit right in.
If you’d like to meet Matt to discuss development, strategy, networking opportunities, or anything else, then please contact us today.

We’ve recently launched a website for RRG, from a pitch we won back in June. We’ll try and let the site speak for itself, but first a spot of mild preamble.
RRG Group are the largest Toyota dealers in Europe, with other dealerships that specialise in Lexus, Mazda and Peugeot. Visitors to the site can book test drives and services online, compare car details and save cars in a personal garage.
There’s a ton of features and functionality on the site so the best suggestion would be for you to explore it yourself. And if that doesn’t convince you to visit, there’s also an opportunity to win £1000 of free petrol.

It’s always difficult blogging after a period of inactivity. The longer you leave it, the harder it gets to think of something worthwhile to post. But these worries just evaporated when we heard about Movember – or more specifically, one of the females in the office heard about it, and roped all the men in to take part.
Movember is an Australian charity initiative, which involves men shaving at the start of November, and then spending the rest of the month furiously tugging on the hair follicles above their lips, attempting to grow moustaches. Anyway, despite the amusement this is going to cause for everyone (except perhaps the volunteers), it’s all for a good cause, The Prostate Cancer Charity.
By clicking on this link, our clients, families and friends can sponsor us. And even if we’ve never met, and you’ve just stumbled upon this blog randomly, what better way to get to know us then by donating money and letting us grow moustaches for you?
And what better way to welcome back regular blogging *ahem*, then by all the gentlemen at Flame promising to attempt to grow moustaches over the next month?
We’ll probably attempt to do some kind of regular growth updates throughout November, but in the meantime please sponsor us!

As promised here are some photos of our recent trip to Beijing … I literally have hundreds of these things which of course is the problem with digital camaras. The good thing is that since I was taking the pictures, thankfully there are few of me.
The Paralympics was just fantastic … all the sports have […]

We went down to the Piccadilly Little Big Planet shop yesterday. For those who don’t know, Little Big Planet is a platform game for the Playstation 3. So far, so what? Well while this one sticks to the conventions of 2D platformers, a cutesy character running along a series of levels jumping about, consuming suspect […]

We’ve just launched a new viral for our client Holiday Extras. The piece, ‘Murphy’s Airport Parking’ features Paul Kaye as Seamus, the proprietor of a less than savoury airport car parking service.
The piece was filmed in Frodsham, on one of the wettest Tuesdays in recent memory. But despite the misery conveyed by the previous sentence, we actually had a blast on set, we got to meet some donkeys, blow up a car and had a bottle smashed over our head - a typical day in Frodsham really, *chortle*.
This is the first output from our new viral and video division, and we’re delighted with the results. Hopefully it will stir debate, make people laugh, and let people know about the fine service our friends at Holiday Extras offer.
But what do you think? Let us know in the comments section below.

Ladislav with his partner won the bronze medal in the Boccia Mixed Pairs - BC4 event against Spain (Brazil was 1st, then Portugal). Saying that there was much merriment and happiness would be an understatement; the difference between the top 3 teams was ‘wafer thin’ and Czech thoroughly deserved it.
Watching all this unfold was worst […]

Flight
Let me first start with the flight to Beijing, which consisted of me first flying to Paris then onto Beijing. I had steeled myself for all the possible travel scenarios … 2 crying babies on the first leg combined with the knowledge that my seating had not been determined on the Beijing leg, conjured all […]
